Foster Waiver
Please read the following statements about Red Leash Rescue Foster Program and indicate that you understand and agree to abide by them below:
Foster dogs may not be house trained or may need reinforcement due to circumstance and crating. I understand that he/she may have accidents in my home and am willing to house train/retrain as needed
Like many dogs, my foster dog may chew on furniture, clothing, or other objects. I am comfortable working with this behavior
I agree to keep my foster dog on a leash or enclosed in a fenced-in yard or home at all times
Representatives of the Red Leash Rescue may need to contact or visit me to discuss my foster dog
I understand I may be asked to complete evaluation forms on my foster dog
I understand RLR will provide food and pre approved medical costs
I agree to be honest and forthright regarding my foster dog’s behavior, positive or negative
All medical treatment will be approved by Red Leash Rescue. I will contact Red Leash with all medical concerns and regarding emergencies
Red Leash Rescue is the legal guardian of my foster dog. I understand that RLR has the final authority including but not limited to: adoption, treatment or disposition.
I will take part in on-on-one meeting, foster parent orientation and home visit.
Should my fostering situation not be considered in the best interest of the animal, Red Leash Rescue Inc,has the right to remove the animal(s) from my home.
I understand that the animal(s) belong to Red Leash Rescue, Inc and is/are not to be given away or promised to anyone without prior approval from Red Leash Rescue, Inc.
I understand that I will not foster any other animals while fostering an animal for Red Leash Rescue, Inc.

I affirm the facts set forth in it are true and complete. Any false statements, omissions and or other misrepresentation on this application may result dismissal. I release Read Leash Rescue of any and all liability should anything happen to me while FOSTERING for Read Leash Rescue or while performing in a Read Leash Rescue capacity. I understand I am FOSTERING at my own risk. I understand that I can leave of my own volition at any time and conversely can be asked to leave by officers of Read Leash Rescue.
Verification of Submission
By submitting this application, I certify that the information within is true and complete. Any dog that I adopt will reside in my home as a pet. I agree to provide any dog adopted with quality dog food, fresh water, safe shelter, adequate affection, and physical examinations and vaccinations under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. I understand that there is a fee of $375 due to Red Leash Rescue at the time of adoption.
